The problem

Sound familiar?

The 3 a.m. guesswork

Something happened on the night shift. Nobody wrote it down. Morning staff walks in blind — again.

Group chats ate the handoff

The important note is buried under 200 messages. Nobody knows who was supposed to do what.

"I'll pay Friday"

Verbal promises, paper scraps, money that never shows up. Month-end is a chase, not a close.

Empty beds, full stress

A bed opens at 9 a.m. Your referral partners hear about it at 4 p.m. — if they hear at all. Every empty day is money gone.

PointePilot replaces all of that with one board. Your staff opens it in the morning and knows exactly what needs attention today — who is responsible, what's overdue, what's open.

The Daily Board

Six tabs. Your whole house.

Every staff member's morning starts here. Plain words, big buttons, works on any phone. This is the real thing — not a mockup:

☀️

Board

The morning view: what needs attention today, who owns it, what's overdue. Nothing important sits invisible.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Roster

Who lives in which bed, right now. No more "wait, who's in room 3?"

🔄

Handoff

Shift change in writing. Every unresolved item carries forward — the next shift sees it all.

📝

Incidents

File a report from a phone in minutes. Follow-ups and supervisor review happen before it can close.

🛏️

Beds

Live bed board. Tap to fill, tap to vacate. Open beds the whole staff can see.

🤝

Referrals

Every application in one pipeline: new → contacted → admitted. No more lost callbacks.

The killer three

Three tools that pay for the whole thing

1

Fill-My-Beds

A bed opens. One tap broadcasts the vacancy to your referral partners — treatment centers, courts, past callers. Empty beds fill days faster, and every placement is tracked.

2

Promise-to-Pay

"I'll pay Friday" becomes a signed payment plan with reminders and follow-through — enforced, not hoped for. Month-end closes instead of leaks.

3

Certification Readiness

A gap checklist against 31 national standards, plus an evidence organizer. Your inspection binder builds itself while you work — instead of a panic the month before.

The network — launching with the platform

You don't just buy software. You plug into the thing that fills your beds.

Every PointePilot house is part of a network that gets stronger with each house that joins:

🔍 Bed finder

A public directory where people looking for recovery housing find open beds at PointePilot houses. Your live bed board feeds it automatically.

🔁 House-to-house referrals

Full, or a caller isn't a fit? One tap sends them to a nearby PointePilot house with an open bed — tracked on both sides.

🌐 Your own website

Every house gets its own simple website so Google can find you. Big call button, admissions info, done for you.

Honest note: these network features launch with the platform and grow as more houses join. And the legal line we never cross: nobody pays per head for referrals — that's federal law (EKRA), and bed-finding is simply part of the software.

The 60-day free trial

Feel it in a week. See it in the money in 30 days. Watch it repeat in 60.

You pay nothing until you've seen it work twice. Two full month-end closes — the money proof twice, not once. Nobody can call it a fluke.

WhenWhat happens
Week 1You feel it. The morning meeting runs off the Board. Nothing slips.
Day 30You see it in the money. One bed filled two weeks faster pays for two months of the software.
Day 60You watch it repeat. Plus your certification binder is two-thirds built — convert now and it's complete at 90.

The fine print, in plain words: 60 days free — no setup charge, no monthly fees, nothing due. We sign the pilot agreement on day one, all in writing. If you keep PointePilot after the 60 days, there's a one-time $1,000 installation fee — and your first two months are on us. Simple as that.

Built by someone who's done your job

Meet Chris

"This wasn't built by software people guessing at your job."

Chris spent nearly a decade in recovery housing — starting as a temp service worker at Mariners Inn in Detroit, working every job in the house all the way up to Director. PointePilot was his idea — we built the thing he wished he had on shift.

Honest answers

Questions people actually ask

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. If your staff can use a group chat, they can use PointePilot. Big buttons, plain words, six tabs. Most staff are comfortable by day two.

What if my staff won't use their phones for work?

Fair worry. Here's what happens in practice: the Board replaces the group chat they're already on. Nobody learns a "system" — they open one screen in the morning. Houses tell us the holdouts convert when they see the night shift's notes waiting for them instead of surprises.

What happens after the 60 days?

If you keep PointePilot after the 60 days, a one-time $1,000 installation fee applies — and your first two months are waived. No gotchas; it's all in the agreement you sign on day one.

Is this medical software? Does it handle treatment records?

No. PointePilot runs the house — beds, handoffs, chores, money, certification paperwork. It is not a medical records system and doesn't replace clinical software.

Do you sell residents or charge per placement?

Never. Federal law (EKRA) makes per-head referral payments illegal, and we wouldn't do it anyway. Bed-finding tools are part of the software — you pay for the platform, not per person.

Your house, running calm.
