One-time setup is $500–$1,000 depending on house size — and it's due on day 61, not day one. During your 60-day trial you pay nothing: no setup, no monthly fees.
The trial agreement is signed on day one, all in writing. It auto-converts on day 60 unless you cancel in writing by day 55. No surprises — the calendar decides, not a sales call.

What exactly do I pay and when?
Days 1–60: $0. Day 61: one-time setup ($500–$1,000) plus your first month at your plan's rate. After that, monthly. Cancel in writing by day 55 and you pay nothing at all.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Starter, move to Plus when the money modules make sense. Change anytime.
Is there a contract?
The trial agreement you sign on day one covers the trial terms. After that it's month to month — stay because it works, not because you're locked in.
Do you charge per bed or per resident?
No. Flat monthly rate per plan. We never charge per resident — and we never pay for referrals either. Federal law (EKRA) prohibits per-head referral payments, and our pricing was built to respect that.
